Randall Geller resides in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Mr. Geller is a Principal of Victory Capital Corporation where he oversees the management of their commercial real estate and parking operations in Downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. He is actively involved in the day to day operations of Victory Parking, Inc. which currently owns and manages one parking ramp and manages two others for the City of St. Paul. Mr. Geller holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan as well as an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Business School. Randall has been on St. Paul's Business Review Council for the past 10 years serving as Chairman from 2000-2003.

Todd Geller presently resides in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Mr. Geller has extensive experience in the commercial real estate business both in the Twin Cities and on a nationwide basis. Todd is currently a Principal of Victory Capital Corporation (VCC) where he has been involved in the acquisition, development and/or management of approximately 500,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail property. In addition, Mr. Geller has involvement in a sister company, Victory Parking, Inc. which specializes in parking ramp ownership and management. Some of Mr. Geller's recent real estate accomplishments include the successful development and sale of a 30 acre land parcel in Maple Grove, MN, the acquisition and operation of a successful 18 hole golf course in Eagan, MN and the development of a 50,000 square foot warehouse condominium project in Phoenix, AZ. Prior to forming VCC, Mr. Geller held the position of Senior Investment Officer for First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., a publicly traded REIT. During his tenure at First Industrial, Mr. Geller was responsible for overseeing all new investment activity in the Minnesota Region, as well as leading their expansion into the Western United States, including Phoenix, Arizona.  Todd was involved in the acquisition, development and management of approximately 12 million square feet of industrial property valued at over $450 Million on behalf of First Industrial.  Mr. Geller graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Real Estate and Finance.  Todd is also active in the community as a member of the Board of Directors and various committees for Herzl Camp Association and Oak Ridge Country Club.

Brad came to Victory Capital Corporation in 2007 with over six years of property maintenance and management experience.  His daily responsibilities include responding to tenant maintenance and repair requests, coordination of vendor contracts and services, coordination of leasehold improvements, and interacting with tenants and contractors to insure that the buildings under his care are properly maintained.   

Outside of work, his passion is trick water skiing and enjoying the great outdoors with his family and friends.

Janice came to Victory Capital Corporation with 30+ years of experience. Her daily responsibilities include managing the office, bookkeeping, administrative tasks and general coordination. Janice also does administrative work for tenants within our building, interacts with customers visiting our building as well as all of our tenants in the portfolio. She has been with Victory Capital Corporation for 7 years and loves coming to work each day. Outside of work, her passion is her four grown sons. She enjoys watching them bowl, fishing with them, golfing with them, and just spending time talking with them. A relaxing weekend for her is spending time at my cottage cabin in Wisconsin!
