VCC believes that providing superior property management is critical to the long term success of each real estate investment it makes. For this reason, VCC self manages all of its property. This includes overseeing all day-to-day operations as well as facility issues that arise. We view our Tenants as our customers whose business needs are valued. When called upon, VCC is quick to respond to address building repairs, including everything from faulty mechanical equipment, to providing ground maintenance needs, to something as simple as replacing a burnt out light bulb.
